Good, as expected.
I think this audio book has everything you need to know about negotiating. Cohen does a fantastic job interpreting negotiations and makes it easy for anyone to understand through stories and facts. Much like Levers, Guns and Sanctions - Tough (But Fair) Conflict Management Tactics to Bring Reluctant Parties to the Negotiation Table (Conflicts and Negotiations series), the book talks about the hardship of negotiation and how you are not going to win every argument. However, thanks to likes of this audio book, you will be able to understand negotiating as it can help you comprehend arguments.
I've already listened to this several times...and will again in the future.
Herb Cohen is the real deal...knowledgeable, experienced, with a depth of human understanding.
And...who would have thought that the topic of negotiating could be so much fun to listen to!
Similar to you can negotiate anything. Use this as a supplement after you and negotiate anything.
